About us History of the practice: The practice was started by Stanley Adamson in 1963. He was joined by David (and Gillian) Rowe in 1965; the founder members have since retired from general practice. The original site for the practice was at 34 Oxford Street. In June 1979, the practice moved to 2 Nelson Road, having been bought from H.K. Daniels, one of Whitstable's well know builders and operators of Thames barges. The practice logo: Since the building has links with the construction of Thames barges, we decided to incorporate a Thames barge into our logo. This can be seen on our hand-painted practice sign, on all our letter-headed paper and now on our web site. The practice now: Between them, Drs Paterson, Downes and Baker have over 80 years of experience of practicing dentistry; more than 50 of these years have been at Kelvin House Dental Practice. The future of the practice: We strongly believe in keeping up to date with the latest improvements in dentistry and are always looking to enhance the dental care for all our patients. If you have any views on how we can make your visit to the dentist more enjoyable, then please e-mail us your thoughts: Kelvin House Dental Practice: info@khdp.co.uk |
